A community project for Berkhamsted.

The aim of this project is to deliver a full-sized floodlit all-weather pitch and changing facilities.

We are well on our way to delivering this facility; help us start building it for use by September 2010. The BerkoAstro Kick Off match is the event we hope will complete the long road to getting this quality sporting facility created at Ashlyns School for the School, Berkhamsted Raiders, and the whole community.

Soccer showdown with Gunners All Stars

Come and watch our team playing against the Arsenal charity team, drawn from a list of players like TV gardener Tommy Walsh, World’s best cricketer turned fox-trotter Mark Ramprakash, eighties crooner Tony Hadley, Royle Family star Ralf Little plus assorted retired Gunners.

This important fund-raising event will take place on Sunday 21st March with a host of other activities, so please clear your diaries!

Support the event by volunteering to help on the day!

This is our major fundraising event for the all weather pitch at Ashlyns and we need your support. The bid is being finalised and will be submitted shortly to the Football Foundation, who have indicated their full support for this project. Ashlyns and Raiders fundraising is on track. With your help and support Ashlyns could have this new sporting facility by September!
